Facility Information
The location for the convention center will on a visible and highly travelled roadway in Laurel, MD off Route 1 – Baltimore Ave, directly accessible via I-95 and the Baltimore Washington Parkway.
There is current and projected economic growth in the City of Laurel. With the addition of Route 200 (Inter-county Connector) leading from Gaithersburg to Laurel, the new Town Centre at Laurel and the Konterra Project bringing the largest outlet mall on the East Coast to Laurel, the economy is projected to boom and bring a substantial amount of new business to the area. In addition, Laurel intersects 3 counties and has a mixed demographic of races and cultures. The opportunities are endless for a central, cost-effective center to host a number of community and corporate events.

The facility will host the following:

One of the amenities of the ECC will be something we feel should always be standard: Free WiFi. Membership has its benefits with free communication to the internet.

Free Parking
There will be up to 75 FREE parking spaces on the grounds of the ECC with surrounding parking at neighboring establishments. Parking is first-come, first-serve. Select spaces will be reserved for handicap and special guests of the ECC.
Additional parking is planned for future growth and expansion.
