Reserve a Space

Process to Apply to Reserve a Space in the ECC

Your application serves as your official statement of interest and pledge to enter into either a one or multi-year agreement for space, given if your business application is approved.  Multi-year agreements start at 3 years for offices/retail spaces and start at one (1) year for virtual offices and addresses.

If your application is approved, you will be required to provide a security deposit of one month to secure your spot and select your office at that time.

Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis.  Therefore, the speed of your application is critical to priority access to larger spaces when desired.

Required Application Fee:
Office and Retail - (9) spaces available:     $250
Virtual Offices - (14) spaces available:       $150
Virtual Mailboxes - (100) spaces available:  $75

NOTE:  Upon application approval, application fee will be applied toward security deposit for space reservation.

Sponsor a Nonprofit or School's Application
Help a local nonprofit or school gain access to shared resources for their career and professional development goals.  You can place the reservation in their name and host their information in the application description. 

We are trying to help as many like-minded organizations gain access to professional resources to help youth in their communities.

The mission of the EduSerc Convention Center (ECC) is to provide an advanced facility for industry traning and interactive learning for the whole community.

 

With the support of over 26 major companies and various local nonprofits, the ECC Project will be the new way to serve the community.  Your support is essential to ensuring the viability of many local efforts that serve youth in the Baltimore - Washington D.C. corridor and beyond.
